I help buyers and sellers find — and sell — the homes where they don't just exist. They actually flourish.
Fine is not enough.
You deserve to thrive.
Not just a roof. A neighborhood that fits.
Not just a sale. A move that actually works.
Not just a realtor. A guide who gives a damn.

Most realtors stop at "you bought it" or "you sold it." That's where I'm just getting started.
The stretch budget. The tricky timing. The deal that looks impossible until it isn't. I find creative solutions to the hard stuff — because the right home is rarely the easy one, and "no" is almost never the final answer.
I'm a Certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert, and I take it seriously. My job isn't just to find you a home — it's to negotiate you into it. Price, terms, repairs, timing — I work every angle so you walk away with the best possible deal.
The starter home, the forever home, the rental that funds the next chapter — your plan drives every decision I make on your behalf. You're not a paycheck. You're someone with a life I'm helping you build, and I work the deal accordingly.
A house can give you one. A guide who knows what they're doing helps you find the other.
I grew up in Battle Creek (Go Beavers!), studied Sociology and Business at Michigan State, and spent 25 years in Atlanta building a real estate practice rooted in showing up the way I'd want a friend to show up for me.
We spent three years touring cities and houses trying to find the one. In June 2024, we decided to stop in Grand Rapids on our way Up North — it was supposed to be a layover. We knew immediately. Within two months we'd moved the family from Atlanta.
Now I help other people figure out the same thing for themselves — whether they're relocating from another state or moving across town in Grand Rapids. I work with buyers and sellers to understand their rights and responsibilities through the process, and I find creative solutions to the hard stuff.
Truth over talking points, always.
You're a person, not a paycheck.
The right home exists. Let's find it.
Two paths, same posture: I show up, I do the work, I tell you the truth. Pick the one that fits where you are right now.
Selling a home is part strategy, part choreography, part holding-your-hand-when-the-inspection-report-arrives. I handle every piece — so you can keep living your life while we get yours sold.
Pricing strategy, timing, what to fix and what to leave. We walk your home together and make a plan that's grounded in this market — not last year's headlines.
Professional photos, drone shots, walkthrough video, floor plans, MLS, social, signage. Every channel working in your favor — and every detail tuned before we go live.
Real-time monitoring of who's coming through, what they're saying, and what the market's actually telling us. If something needs adjusting, we adjust — we don't wait and hope.
This is where the RENE certification earns its keep. Price, terms, contingencies, repair credits, possession dates — I negotiate the whole envelope, not just the top-line number.
Inspection responses, appraisal navigation, title issues, lender check-ins, final walkthrough. I run point on every moving piece so nothing falls through the cracks.
I don't disappear after the keys change hands. Need a contractor recommendation in three years? A market check before you list again? You have my number for as long as you want it.
Thinking about selling? Let's talk before you commit to anything.
Start the Conversation →Buying isn't just about finding a house. It's about finding the place where your real life happens — the neighborhood, the layout, the deal that actually works for you.
Before we tour a single house, we figure out where your life fits. Walkability, schools, commute, vibe, budget — all of it. The right zip code beats the right square footage every time.
The highest price doesn't always win — and shouldn't always win for you. We craft offers that account for terms, contingencies, timing, and your real risk tolerance, not just the number.
I'm there for the inspection, I read every report, and I tell you what's a real problem versus what's a normal house being normal. No alarms, no hand-waving.
Low appraisal? Title hiccup? Easement nobody mentioned? These are negotiable problems, not deal-killers — when you have someone who knows how to work them.
Final walkthrough, lender coordination, title company alignment, the wire transfer that always feels terrifying. I'm at the closing table with you. You leave with keys.
Contractor referrals, neighborhood intel, "is this remodel worth it" gut-checks, a market read when you're ready for the next chapter. Same number, same agent, for as long as you need.
Ready to start looking? Or just curious what's possible? Either is a fine reason to call.
Start the Conversation →Curious about fees? Listing commissions and buyer brokerage fees are discussed in our first meeting — every situation is different, and I'd rather get it right than guess.
Grand Rapids, Kent County, Ottawa County, and the lakeshore. Here are the places I know intimately — and the places I'll teach you about.
Don't see your neighborhood? Ask me. I work across West Michigan and probably know it.
I'll personally vet a local agent in your destination city — interview them, dig into their track record, and only refer you to someone as dedicated and fierce as me. Crossing a state line shouldn't mean settling for less representation.
You came here to thrive. My job is to make sure you actually do.
